Sebastián Montes

Claude Fresard

Has 28 years of professional experience, including 8 in technology specialized in data security, 8 years in international business expansion in Latin America and 12 years as a consultant in sourcing and cost cutting.  He has negotiated more than $2B USD much of this experience focused on implementing technological changes and process redesign.  He has led engagements in Chile, Peru, Colombia, Mexico and Argentina.

Claude has an engineering degree from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María and an MBA from the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez where he is also an MBA thesis advisor.  He speaks Spanish, English and German and is based in Santiago de Chile.

Francisco Contreras

Nabil Morocho

He worked in the project management division of Grupo Industrial Graiman (Ecuador) and for Partners in Performance in the areas of operational improvement, cost reduction, sourcing, and rightsizing. He has worked on projects for clients in Chile, Ecuador, Australia, China, Canada and Argentina.

Nabil has a  Mining Engineer degree from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (Ecuador) and a Master of Science (summa cum laude) in Mining & Mineral Engineering from the University of Chile. Nabil speaks Spanish, English, Portuguese and Farsi. He is based in based in Santiago de Chile

Sebastián Hoppe

Has 12 years of professional experience, of which 7 have been working in strategy consulting and sourcing in Chile. He has participated in different projects in industries such as retail, telecommunications, mining, health, insurance and logistics, and in areas such as cleaning, collection, digital content, technological implementation and workforce reduction.
